His vehicle got stopped, and then he exited the vehicle and started running away from the vehicle, not putting his hands in the air or following orders, and he got shot.
I guess that’s an “ambush” to a lot of FReepers who thought these protesters could do no wrong. How everyone else who was in the vehicle and who stayed in the vehicle and complied with police orders managed to survive this “ambush” is a mystery to ponder.
Off the top of my head I don’t recall all the details. They were being spied on. They were simply going to a meeting. They were unarmed.
