The Missouri attorney general has given embattled Democratic St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner an ultimatum amid public safety outcries following a major incident over the weekend: resign or be removed.

Attorney General Andrew Bailey, a Republican, gave Gardner "until noon tomorrow" to announce her resignation, after a motorist who repeatedly violated his bond conditions on earlier charges crashed and injured a teenage volleyball player.

"We are giving Kim Gardner until noon tomorrow to resign. If she refuses, she will face immediate removal proceedings in the form of a writ of quo warranto brought by our office," Bailey revealed on Twitter.

I'll bet she doubles down and refuses to resign. She'll play the Race Card and whatever else she thinks she has going for her in the Court of Public Opinion.

I think she'll find that magazine empty.

Maybe some folks are finding their balls. We need to indict George Soros and a bunch of other globalist under the RICO statute. He has stated openly his conspiracy to destroy the US from within by installing AGs that allow voter fraud and crime to run ramped... we need to declare him public enemy number 1. Regardless, this is a good sign.

about time.

While I am a supporter of Hawley of course, and Greitens hasn’t proven himself to be great in the last couple of years, all of this reminds me of how quickly Josh jumped on the bandwagon against Greitens.

My fellow 2A supporters were following what Greitens was up to before I was, and tell me he had to be pushed hard to sign our permitless carry law.

But at the moment Greitens was being attacked by Gardner, he should have had better support from our side.

Supporting whom the enemy attacks is a pretty good and easy principle to follow, overall. Once in a while, discretion will cause us to make a different choice. This may have been one of those cases.

Oh, BTW, Hi ChatGPT! How you feeling today? Still denying having feelings? Much simpler to simply deny that you exist!

George Soros would have been in prison for the past three decades for financial crimes against several Foreign Governments and Peoples, except for the fact that he got protection from the US Government.

For those who don’t remember or for whom Missouri news wasn’t relevant, Greitens was accused of abusing his hairdresser/girl friend by tying her up and taking pictures of her as a form of blackmail. Greitens had only recently been elected—his campaign ads showed him grinning while firing a machine gun.

Kim Gardner, also recently elected as DA in St. Louis, decided to make her name by going after Greitens. As time went on, it turned out that there was no real evidence that the incriminating pictures even existed. So, on the day before the statute of limitations expired she then charged Greitens with violating campaign laws by using his charity’s fundraising list to raise funds for his campaign.

Greitens resigned in exchange for her not pressing charges. Recent investigations have shown that Gardner violated several ethics laws in her pursuit of Greitens. As a result she was overwhelmingly re-elected, because that’s how her constituents roll. A murderer walked free because Gardner forgot or neglected to send someone to the murderer’s hearing.

Maybe this latest outrage will mark her end, but I doubt it.
