Following a decades-long campaign to build a social safety net for California’s roughly 2.3 million undocumented immigrants, lawmakers intend to take another step by helping that population’s seniors.

This time, they hope to secure monthly cash assistance for undocumented seniors older than 65 and disabled individuals. The push is spearheaded by Assemblyman Juan Carrillo, D-Palmdale, who recently introduced AB 1536 to expand California’s cash assistance program.

If approved, individuals would receive between $1,300 to $3,000 per month, depending on income qualifications. The bill would also eliminate the requirement to apply to the Social Security Administration, which is necessary to determine if a person is eligible for state-funded cash assistance.

One of my retirement stratagies was to fund an annuity. I put some $250,000 into it over 20 years. I will draw $1,000 per month at retirement. So a illegal alien will get $3,000 per month which equals a $750,000 investment. We American citizens are so stupid

Nothing changes till the money runs out.

SPEND MORE FASTER.

Prepare for the rebuild. If we don’t rebuild, they will.

On the other hand, the sooner California goes under the better. Maybe the best California can do for the country is show the other states what NOT to do.

Sheesh....let them go back to their own country in which they SHOULD have worked and paid into some kind of senior retirement. This is just another theft in the plethora of damned giveaways illegals and bleeding heart liberals here already are able to scam. Screw them. GO HOME!

Yup.

This is the endgame.

Looting the Americans for Mexico.

Prop 187 passed 60-40 and they have spent the last 28 years trying to tear it all down.

Question: If they are already getting cash assistance, food stamps, free housing, free healthcare, and are awaiting reparations “paychecks”, do they still get the Senor (and senorita) “cash assistance”? Those freeloaders have got it made in the Land of the Big Piñata? Weird that this crap should come up when the government is wanting to cut Social Security to those hard-working AMERICANS who paid into it over their entire working years.

California had a $100 billion SURPLUS last year due to the federal government pouring deficit-busting COVID money all over the land.

This year, with that spigot shut off and high-payers fleeing the state, California has a $25 billion DEFICIT.

Then, a couple weeks ago, the state bean counters suddenly “discovered” another $10 BILLION shortfall for a projected deficit this year of $35 billion. That is gross incompetence that would get anybody in the private sector immediately fired.

There is PLENTY of money to pay the illegal invaders. Who are we to deny them equity?

All this is supported by massive Fed.gov debt, money printing and the fact that the US Dollar is, for now, the world’s major reserve currency.

We can run these crazy schemes, and to a major extent, the world must pay for it. Its a good racket.

But you can also see why Russia and China want to destroy the primacy of the US Dollar

My mom, who was a fully-documented American citizen who paid taxes to California for three quarters of a century did not qualify for any state assistance during her last illness. Her monthly Social Security check put her over the limit.

I worked with farmers in bankruptcy in the 80’s. I could point out to them with their own records the problems. But they were cash flow managers, not profit managers.

A profit manager is rare, cash flow managers are abundant.

Well any way, one morning the bank would call up and say we can’t lend you anymore and are calling the loan. It happens that fast, one little phone call.

The Soviet Union got that little call. We will to.

The phone is ringing in South Africa as we type.

Have you read about the collapse there? It’s happened almost overnight. It is the next Venezuela.

“...spearheaded by Assemblyman Juan Carrillo, D-Palmdale...”

I see the problem right there. What are the odds that this guy is an anchor baby born to illegal alien parents?

The barbarian hordes are now taking power and using it. Pity the black man when the Aztecs take over America. Good luck getting affirmative action programs (probable the only silver lining in getting conquered).

American citizens are being told that Social Security is going broke. Benefits are going to delayed until one is 70 years old. Will these illegals get their handout at 65 or earlier?

Damn Dung Bettle politicians are out of control with taxpayer dollars. Bass turds. Redistribution of wealth is a SOCIALIST AND COMMUNIST THING. The next step is slavery for a poor population. The bad news is, there won’t be an America to sneak into looking for freedom and “seeking asylum”.

"Cash assistance proposed for California’s undocumented seniors. How much could they receive?"

After rigged elections are eliminated, why doesn't corrupt California government let ordinary qualified voters decide if they want their taxes spent this way? /semi-sarc

This, along with vote harvesting and maintaining a sharply divided citizenry, is how the Democrat/Communist Party solicits votes, as they know that depending on the results of their far-Left, tyrannical policies to win votes is a recipe for electoral disaster (just as their policies are).
