Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) on Sunday appeared to poke fun at the size of the crowd that attended former President Trump’s keynote speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) over the weekend, saying that the room was “half-full.”
“You saw the scenes at CPAC, that room was half-full,” Christie said on ABC’s “This Week.” “The reason I don’t think the rallies are going on … I don’t think the rallies would be nearly as big as they were before.”
Camera shots from Trump’s speech at the conference showed that the room was not nearly at full capacity. Christie, who ran against Trump in the 2016 Republican primary and then worked on Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaigns, used the speech’s attendance to point to what he thinks is Trump’s waning support.

Well Chris, I would say with some certainty that any room you are in is never “half full”
Maybe it’s true, maybe not, but I won’t vote trying to conform to a consensus.
He and Trump should hold rallies at the same time at venues across the street from each other. Then let’s see the attendance stats for each one.
(Also, I’ve heard talk that this time around there might be fewer rallies, and more small-town appearances meeting people one-on-one. Don’t know if it’s true.)

BTW... if you can get the ruling monarch to open hunter’s laptop.. a lot of questions and crimes... will be exposed and things will link together and we can stop the millions/billions going out to underserving places..

There is a pic floating around of Trump Jr’s 10:30AM speech. They are using this to say it was not full. Trump Sr spoke on Saturday at 5:30pm. Chris Christie is stupid.
Then Christie should’ve gotten a full room when he went to CPAC… right?

Christie is a gnat trying to get a response from Trump to make him feel like he is still relevant anywhere but liberal talk shows.
Trumps support is amongst working class. They can’t afford CPAC.

Christie is never “half full”. He is always completely full of food or sh*t.
It looked packed to me. Oddly, there were two seats in the front row on the center aisle that were empty—probably for two big shots who didn’t show up. Maybe that is what Chritie saw.
