McCarthy rejected an invitation from Zelenskyy to visit Kyiv.
Zelenskyy invited McCarthy to show him how US aid is being put to use in the war against Russia. "I don't have to go to Ukraine or Kyiv to see it," McCarthy said.

Thoughts, Admiral Ackbar?
Good. Keep it going, Kevin. Do not wilt and walk it back to make some RINO happy.
Oversight is good. Asking questions is good.
One thing most people don’t seem to realize is that most of the vehicles and weapons given to Ukraine were being maintained in storage but were scheduled for decommissioning, or scrapping. The huge numbers being thrown around are the original purchase price for these items. Having been involved in the maintenance of stored, but obsolete items I can attest that, at least the vehicles, are expensively maintained until they are finally scrapped.
Giving them away, in many cases, saves the money required for rendering them useless.
Yes, a good deal of cash is being supplied to pay the salaries of government officials, the police and retirees. But we also give huge amounts of cash to the Palestinian authorities, which is much more demonstrably just money in the pockets of a few highly placed individuals. Which is worse? Instead of using a flashlight to highlight stupid wastes of the taxpayer dollars, why not turn on the stadium lights and see the whole picture? I think any waste in Ukraine will be largely unnoticeable amongst the other graft.
Kevin grew a pair, good on him and for us.
“ I like this version of McCarthy. ”
I didn’t even know it existed!
Yes!
You just completely make up BS in your little mind and post it here as fact. You freaks are the problem.
I’m against billions for Ukraine too. Not even $1 as far as I’m concerned.
I’m always open to learning new things. I was in the business of maintaining and upgrading military equipment for thirty plus years. I remember an upgrade package I worked on at General Dynamics for a Bradly variant that was shortly Afterwords scrapped. (The vehicles, along with our upgrades.) The American military maintains surplus vehicles to a very high standard. Those with tires are rotated so that the tires don’t get sun rot. The navy equipment is sometimes sealed in plastic and often injected with dry nitrogen, depending on practicality and value. Airforce equipment is stored in the desert and is sometimes cocooned, depending again on value and age/utility. Every piece is tracked and accounted for until it is decommissioned, scrapped and/or sold. The items I was directly involved with were carried on the books at original value. Please tell me where I misstated the information I posted. Thank you.
Agree. Biden has given billions to many foreign nations. He is a darn spendthrift. Our nation is producing very little compared to the 50-early 70 period.
bert, we hardly knew ye...
