The 80 year old billionaire wed his 30 year old boyfriend Donovan Michaels in Beverly Hills, they say. Two couples attended the small ceremony which was held in the shroud of secrecy.

Geffen, a media mogul, is said to be worth $7.7 billion. He’s used much of his wealth in enormous acts of philanthropy, endowing museums, arts centers, and hospitals.
In the past Geffen was famously linked with Cher. But in more recent years he’s had a string of boyfriends. And now he’s tied the knot. Joni Mitchell sang that Geffen was a “free man in Paris” once. No more!

David Geffen was born in Borough Park, Brooklyn, New York, to Abraham Geffen and Batya Volovskaya (1909–1988). Geffen’s mother owned a clothing store in Borough Park called Chic Corsets by Geffen.[2] Both of his parents were Jewish immigrants who met in British Mandatory Palestine and then moved to the United States.[3] Geffen graduated from Brooklyn’s New Utrecht High School in 1960 with a “barely passing 66 average”. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for a semester, and then Brooklyn College, before again dropping out. He then moved to Los Angeles, California to find his way in the entertainment business.[4] He attended Santa Monica College (then known as Santa Monica City College) in Santa Monica, California, but soon left. Geffen attributed his challenges in school to dyslexia.

Look guys. He can’t take his wealth with him. Without(or even with) close family he cannot take it all with him. It’s gotta go somewhere. Plenty of wealth for his kin AND his partner. Why shouldn’t he go out like Nelson Rockefeller? We should only hope for us.
