That pretty much sums up how and why these plants catch fire and burn to the ground, the new hires have no clue as to how the place works and just ape their way thru the job. if you don't know what "ape your way" thru a job is? Look it up.

Absolutely on point. Taking care of business just isn’t in fashion any longer; it’s associated with those horrible Domineering White Male Christians. Those who are given this responsibility are now so often killing time until their ship sails in (they think) and they become an internet celebrity of some kind... They’re completely unencumbered by the duties found in reality.
This kind of stuff is just nuts!
