Terrible.

It would seem to be a gas-related issue.

Such complete destruction is strange to see.

Prayers for all involved. This does not look survivable.

Wow!

Not like a chicken farm burning down completely, but still, not good.

Better stock up on some chocolate too, for the bartering supplies, if not personal consumption!

Terrible news... Two workers are gone... Hoping the missing workers are found safe and sound.

Not sure whether many people are familiar with this company, but their chocolate is carried in stores in the Philadelphia area.

I suspect that many of the industrial accidents we are seeing recently has a lot to do with those that “can do” retiring over the past few years. Those competent people are being replaced by those that “can’t and won’t” but are given a place of importance in companies that need to make sure they have a sufficient number of employees that check the correct boxes in order to satisfy the EEO regulations.

The new hires are aware that the former maintenance foreman simply walked around the manufacturing floor every other hour so they assumed that is the only thing which needed to be done. They have no idea that as he walked throughout the plant, the former maintenance manager noted floors that needed sweeping, gears that needed oil, frayed electrical wires that needed replacing, and machines that needed new belts installed. When he returned to his office, he sent out orders to have those repairs done or parts replaced asap. The new manager just returns to the maintenance office to check and see which Tik-Tok videos have been uploaded or how many text messages she has received. Thus the sudden uptick in manufacturing fires and disasters.

Such a hiring policy, which we now see in all public and private institutions, can only end in disaster.

Don’t worry, the weekly chocolate ration will be raised from 30 to 20 grams. Biden be praised!
