Amid escalating legislative attacks on transgender people across the U.S., and coinciding with Trans Day of Visibility, Rep. Pramila Jayapal of Washington and Sen. Ed Markey of Massachusetts reintroduced the Transgender Bill of Rights with resolutions in both the House and Senate.
The resolutions, if passed, would not directly grant rights or protections to trans citizens, but affirm “that it is the duty of the Federal Government to develop and implement” a wide range of pro-trans legislation. Protections called for in the resolutions include amending the Civil Rights Act to explicitly cover gender identity.

American families NEED to get their kids the hell out of state run schools, they are brainwashing VERY YOUNG children that their gender is wrong!! This has become INSANITY!! Parents PLEASE get your kids the hell out of universities my God they can earn a GREAT living in the trades AND own their own businesses, getting GREAT people for HVAC, hell just a GREAT handyman is next to impossible!! Transgender "women" and "men" are not the same as women and men. And they should accept that rather than try rewriting reality. In no way should "transgender women" be competing in sports and for athletic scholarships aimed at women.
Using a natural biological male advantage to compete as a woman is the worst kind of privileged thinking and misogyny. The "party of science" is anything but when it means supporting a more fractured, anything goes society which weakens us.
