Unlike in Trump case, Secret Service kept this one secret

WASHINGTON (AP) — The last time Secret Service agents escorted a U.S. leader to face criminal charges, they kept their mission a secret — even from their own bosses. It was Oct. 10, 1973, and just a few agents knew the history they would make in ensuring that Vice President Spiro Agnew appeared in a federal courtroom to enter a plea and resign from office.

“It was a big day for the country, and a sad day,” said Jerry Parr, one of those agents, in a 2010 interview. “And we didn’t tell anyone it was happening. For better and worse.”

There is no secret the second time around: The Secret Service on Tuesday is expected to deliver former President Donald Trump to a New York City courtroom to be arraigned on state charges tied to hush money payments made in the weeks before the 2016 election. The event is sure to be a spectacle and Trump himself plans a news conference that evening.

That was a very sad era.
In retrospect, we see today that the deep state and other deluded morons realized that selective prosecution was better than vote fraud. The liberals have a very versatile tool kit.
Not that they didn’t use vote fraud back then. Look at Nixon vs. Kennedy (ha! Chicago!)

It’s only lately that every Federal employee has been registered as a member of the turd roller Dung Beetle Party. O’Bonzo started that trend.

No.

Big Media was, even then, a mouthpiece for the demonicRAT Party. If it was a truly free press that reported on what politicians and government officials were up to, John Kennedy would not have gotten away with Grand Theft Electoral, and Lyndon Johnson would have ended his days in a Texas prison.

Yep just another Non-political Democrat prosecutor, selectively throwing the book at a Republican using Bull$hit charges, at the behest of the DNC, the swamp, and deep pocket partisan donors.

$hit, if McCain had beaten Barry Sortero, the Keating Five thing would have been reopened, Sarah Palin would have ended up President, just before she was put up on charges for some nonsense Alaska thing like they did via Ted Stevens via Andrew the hitman Weissman.

Trump must be destroyed, and the rino class is happy to assist.
