The medical school at the University of Buffalo earned high marks for its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion from the Association of American Medical Colleges and has incorporated aspects of critical race theory into its curriculum.

The medical school affirmed that it ensured a "diverse" student body by implementing a "holistic admissions policy," lobbied in favor of DEI at the local, state, and national government levels, and committed to incorporating equity initiatives in its curriculum.

"Jacobs's administrators are putting identity politics over medical education, and their push for DEI above all else is seen throughout the school’s DICE Inventory responses. The Jacobs School of Medicine should return to producing good doctors instead of engaging in political indoctrination."

40 years ago in freshman calculus another kid asked the professor if he graded tests with a curve. The prof answered with a question:
do you want your appendix removed by the surgeon that passed on the curve?
yes, that’s considered racist now
This is easy - don’t hire or use any of thier doctors.
The worst part of this is twofold. One, there are a lot of unqualified applicants being accepted because they check a box. If you could feel confident they’d be weeded out that might be alright. But you know that isn’t going to happen. Second, part of the CRT training in medical schools centers around the notion that Whites, especially White males, have benefited for too long by getting the best healthcare, so we need to change that by denying them healthcare when possible.
The whole country is now being run under a third world spoils system. Whoever wins the election gets ALL the good stuff and the loser gets, at the very least stiffed. You have to wonder how much longer before the losers get a lot worse?
The medical profession in my part of the world is disproportionately (though not entirely) people who are not like me: South Asian/Jewish/Middle Eastern/East Asian and COMPETENT in the field of medicine, which I am not. That’s the only thing that matters, especially if I need to go to surgery or recommendations on how to avoid having to go into surgery.
Time to start checking that diploma on the wall.

I NEVER have wanted my medical decisions to be made by people who were involved with DIVERSITY before MERIT.

Of course there are couple of other things that might matter.
They could be anti-white racists and think that killing you is a part of the “final solution” for “racism”.
They could want to save the planet by reducing the number of living humans.
What they think about politics does not matter—until it does.
Slavish obedience is the lefts new meritocracy.
Will they get the order of Lenin award too?
The intellectual content of any university course is inversely proportional to the DEI content contained therein.
The exception to this rule is that any DEI content whatsoever in a STEM related course reduces the intellectual content to zero.
How long before DIE in medical schools translates to DIE for the patient?
It would be a good idea to make a list of medical colleges who put DEI ahead of medical knowledge and skill and make sure never to use a physician graduated from one of them.
This is equivalent to the NBA forcing teams to hire midgets to meet equity goals for the league.
White midgets.
