Former Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” that “normal people” who are “traditional Republicans” will never vote for former President Donald Trump after his indictment.
Mitchell asked, “You were a governor, congressman, you know this whole landscape. How long is this going to last? What if there’s indictment on indictment? Does he build on the victimization? Does it help him with primary voters?”
Kasich said, “I think in this case, there are a lot of Republicans that say, is this really a legitimate and fair charge? Frankly, no one is above the law, but it will be interesting to find out how has everybody else been treated because a public figure shouldn’t have more scrutiny than anybody else. A lot of Republicans are like this is political. I talked with some folks this morning in the gym. We wish he would go away.”

Well, if rock-ribbed, extremely solid, Conservative Kasic....ok, I'm sorry! That is far as I could get before laughing and throwing up a little in my mouth!
If squishy-middle-of-the-road RINO Kasich is referring to the "traditional Republicans" who voted for him, then he is correct; those never-Trumpers have yet to vote for Trump anyway and were never going to vote for Trump.
But if he is talking about actual traditional, Conservative, America-loving Republicans, then I can say with 100% certainty, "Kasich doesn't have a clue for whom those Republicans will vote. Those are not his people and he, much like Democrats, looks down on those Republicans.

The normal Republican base, of which I once claimed to be were constantly let down by the normal Republican politician. Since I have never voted for a Democrat in my life, the only person keeping me voting for Republicans is Donald John Trump, and a handful of others whom you don't like either.
It's your brand of Republicanism that has helped to destroy this nation, along with the Democrats that you adore.
Name one thing that makes you hate DJT you useless SOAPMPOS.

What matters is whether Independents (41% of Americans) will vote for him. Therein lies the rub.

You may be correct Kasich, but, you know, I take comfort in knowing that at the right time under the right circumstances, I’d have you hanged for treason.

“Normal, traditional Republicans” have been dumbed down and folded into the Uni-party deep state deception of reality. Trump supporters are myriad and are not going to take the bait the Left/GOP is dangling before them. Any violence will be coming from Antifa and BLM leftovers. The average man on the street has woken up through a plethora of independent news sights, which renders almost worthless and insignificant main streem media and the left leaning DOJ, FBI, CIA and State department talking points.

Yo Kasich why don’t you go hang out with Gary Condit and Joe Scarborough. You know that boys club that broke up after that girl went missing.

Kasich will never be anything other than a mailman’s son, as much a pig as Piss Christie chowing down on a hoagie, slopping it all over his bib.

I guess I'm not normal, and if I was, I would never vote for Kasich. There is something about players who let their grudges go to scoring on their own teams I have never liked.
What is it with the GOP candidates who lost to Trump in 2016 and keep going after him?
That was seven years ago. Kasich and Christie have it in for Trump to this day. Democrats who lose primaries and nominations only rarely go after their own and never like this.

This douche-canoe is a bit-actor in the great play.
As a fake “Republican” his job is to assure low IQ voters that the non-stop lawfare and persecution of Trump is not relevant - rather its simply that “Republicans won’t vote for him.”
