The poster who said we have a “problem race” made a claim about a stat. He won’t back it up. It’s not my job to cover for his laziness.
That’s an appeal to authority, a logical fallacy, and it’s used to deflect attention from your lack of intellectual rigor. Nothing more or less than that.

That’s the ones that are solved and/or can be determined. Most crime in cities are not even tried to be solved. 95% of those are a specific group.

Africa is handicapped by many things. One of which is that most national boundaries were drawn by Europeans. There was no regard for tribal territories or anything like that. It would be like that if in 1900, some great power had drawn up a nation that was 1/3 German, 1/3 Polish, and 1/3 Russian. Such a nation would be doomed to fail.
Then there is the corruption, and the lack of the rule of law. So my comment above does not explain everything. But I think it explains a good slice anyway.
The 3 % of the population that is responsible for a good deal of our violent crime is about 25% of the black population. That’s a problem race. Is it all of them? No. Is it about half of the males? Yes.
All good humor must have an element of truth to it.

Heck, no. As the old saying goes: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
Besides the obvious pandering, reparations fall in the “give a man a fish” catagory.
Trump had it right. Bring industry back to America. Put factories back in the cities.

I have not seen any post on this thread that makes that assertion and neither have you.
The percentage of the black population in the US is approx 13%.
That means 7% (roughly 50% of the black population) constitutes the majority of violent offenders in the US, including murder, robberies, carjackings, assault/battery an dmore. Further, that same 7% of the overall population constitutes the majority of violent prisoners, in the US.
Nothing racist about stating the facts. FBI crime stats back up the above.
