Exactly. They only have a few weeks left. Just end the semester, kick the students out of the dorms and give them them current grade in the system as of the strike. Mail the diplomas and cancel graduation.

Let the overpaid faculty protest on a empty campus all summer.

Wait, you mean not every manager, director, etc. staff member needs a secretary. Are you saying they could probably use tech and consolidation and fire 1/2 to 1/3 of the low hanging support staff.
