Bungling commanders sent them to help failing frontline infantry, leaked US documents reveal
This is after Russian commanders sent Spetsnaz troops into direct combat
Vladimir Putin's war in Ukraine has devastated Russia's clandestine special (Spetsnaz) forces, classified American documents that were leaked online reported.
The leak first became widely known about a week ago.
But the revelations have also demonstrated how deep American spy networks have infiltrated the Kremlin's own intelligence agencies and military command structure.
And to compound the Kremlin's own embarrassment, the documents have also provided a damning assessment of Russia's own military capabilities.
The deployment of Spetsnaz units is typically reserved for stealthy, high-risk missions which require soldiers with significant determination, skill and ruthlessness.
In the early days of the war, it is understood such units were ordered - and failed - to penetrate the heart of Kyiv and capture Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelensky.
For such missions, the units receive some of the most advanced training available to Russia's military which takes years to complete - and high levels of expertise.
However, when Putin ordered his forces across the border in February 2022, Russia's senior commanders ordered their elite forces into combat - not trusting their conventional fighters to be effective on their own.
As a result, the units have taken heavy losses.
The assessment says the 22nd Separate Spetsnaz Brigade as well as two other units have suffered an estimated 90 to 95 per cent attrition rate, The Post says.

I still think it was our own ‘leak’ at least partially to prepare the public that we already have troops on the ground there, as a way to move past debate on the matter.

Where are these “other documents” if they are in the public domain already?
I will admit otherwise if they appear elsewhere - but it seems to be more FAKE NEWS, designed to manipulate public opinion.
Nothing has changed. The same lying mental midgets that brought us Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, et.al., are still in charge, except for their leader for the past two years, a bungling buffoon that doesn’t even know when his diaper is filled. Since at least 1880 The Daily Mail is the propaganda rag for the Amero Brit cabal worldwide. This is (as the same so called “leaked” documents show for those who haven’t had their news redacted) is absolute BS. The Russian “bench” is deeper than Ukraines could ever be (even with the fact now revealed that we have US troops in Ukraine fighting Russians (a nuclear power) without a declaration of war which the Constitution requires. The Russians will outlast both of us. Just as they did in the proxy war that was Vietnam (the Red Chinese lost to the Russians in that one).
The Daily Mail is a “teat” and A propaganda rag. So, no.
The Intel leaks are highly disputing these reports.

We know from the recent leaks the deep state is lying about everything Ukraine. We have troops on the ground, and we’re trying to get ordnance returned from South Korea to supply Uke because our supplies are running low. They’re making such a big deal about the leaker to cover up the seriousness of what’s in the leaks, and it proves all is true and our government has been lying to us all along.
Don’t believe a word of this because lying liars do what they do, lie.
