"Where are their parents at, that's my question," a woman who identified as a Chicago native told Fox 32 as the unruly scene played out in Downtown Chicago Saturday night. Their parents raised them. Their presence wouldn't make a difference.

This did not show up until about 20 minutes ago and no other site is carrying it.

Parents??? They, more than likely, live in homes with no fathers, and have never known parental authority which is an early step in normal child development. From that point on it is a rejection of all authority - school, law, etc.
This is the fruit of urbanization which I call the cancer of society.

And there it is, right there. The problem isn’t guns or race or any of the other BS excuses the left keeps handy. It’s the culture. Parents are not raising their kids.
