Angus Dalgleish, Professor of Oncology at St. Georges Hospital Medical School London, is renowned for his ground-breaking work on HIV/AIDS. Dalgleish told The Epoch Times by email that the study’s findings were not surprising.
“Everything the government did had no scientific basis, including lockdowns, shielding, masks and, I would add to that, the vaccine programme, which has clearly caused more harm than good,” he said.
“They should have done what I and others advised: top-up vitamin D3 levels and treat early symptoms as you would any other airborne infection—aspirin, mouthwash, intranasal interferon, and becotide,” he said.
“Now we hear that mask-wearing has caused increased pneumonia, long COVID symptoms, and cognitive decline,” said Dalgleish.
He isn’t the responsible person… The leader always takes full responsibility, admits mistakes and corrects course. There were voices everywhere, including the White House calling for reason.

Fauci may not have personally gone and put padlocks on the doors of schools, businesses and churches etc, but his lies persuaded or coerced thousands of state, county and local politicians and bureaucrats to do it.
The Big Government guy issues dire warnings and makes it very clear that the world might end unless schools, factories and hospitals behave responsibly.
The schools, factories and hospitals institute the desired policies, because they know what's good for them and do not want to be punished by the government.
Did the government shut down a school? Oh, certainly not.
Did the school shut itself down? Well, yes, it was the responsible thing to do — you saw those government warnings, right?????
All kinds of bad things can be done, and it's never anyone's fault because the other guy played a big role. So, my hands are always clean.

Hey Saint Fauci - College Presidents were following your advice when they shut down every school in the US.
I remember the Sunday morning in mid-March 2020 just as things were getting really crazy, and I was with a friend in what was normally a very busy restaurant for brunch. It was only about 3/4 full.
We could see the bar’s TV from our table and I saw a creepy little garden gnome come on one of the talking head shows and say that he strongly recommended shutting everything down in the U.S. for two weeks to defeat this coronavirus everyone was talking about. My friend and I thought he was crazy. We shook our heads, saying “Can you imagine???”
We never thought they’d really *do* it.
But the very next day, there were stupid California and New York, leading the way.
Liar. Every entity that shut down "out of an abundance of caution" did so to be in compliance with "CDC guidelines". Fauci and his entire chain of command, up and down, bear full responsibility for the deliberate economic destruction they orchestrated.
