Former President Trump is slated to headline a rally in Iowa on the same day that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is set to attend fundraising events in the state, as the feud between the two men heats up.
Trump will star at a rally next month at a park in Des Moines, according to The Associated Press, which cited a Trump campaign official who spoke on the condition of anonymity. The official said the event had been in the planning stages for weeks.

This is usual primary style behavior. It is only of interest if DeSantis declares he is running. Otherwise it is a Governor doing Governor work and a POTUS candidate doing POTUS candidate work.

There shouldn’t be any GOP infighting (and name-calling) until primary season begins. Until then, Trump, DeSantis, Pence, etc. should focus exclusively on Biden and his corrupt, inept administration.
The first GOP primary isn’t until March of 2024. Play nice until then, guys. Don’t do what the Democrats want you to do.
Sorry, small correction to my post #7. GOP rules allow for a few primaries to occur before March. Iowa, for example.

Nonsense. DeSantis acts like he's running. The appropriate response is to respond like he's running.

I think DeSantis has dome good points but he is not a fighter and I am concerned of his support by the deep state and rinos.

I will agree with that. He’s just being coy to say otherwise. But here’s the thing. The Democrats love it when GOP leaders ignore Biden, and instead snipe at each other.
As I noted earlier, we should not be doing what the enemy wants us to do. That’s a primary rule of warfare. And politics is a form of warfare.
Primary season is a good eight months away. It doesn’t matter who’s in now, and who’s not. Until primary season starts don’t do anything to make the Democrats happy.
Trump in '24 and DeSantis in 28.
Or better yet a Trump/DeSantis ticket in '24.
