I recall pix of some of the meals she was responsible for pushing at various school lunchrooms. They were literally starving kids and many pix showed 'food' not fit for human consumption.

I doubt even she would consume the products. She likes chowing down on a big slab of wagyu beef steak.

Really odd is added Zinc

There's something of a fad for "cloudy" looking beverages. A bit of zinc oxide, a white pigment, will do that. Zinc is also a necessary trace nutrient.

You don't want it or like it? Go hungry.

The only time I gave my kids a choice for dinner was on their birthday. Then we would have for their birthday dinner whatever they wanted.

we got fed meatloaf, chicken, pork with veggies and a salad for dinner, tuna for lunch, and cereal for breakfast oatmeal too.

and get your butt out of the house, ride bikes all day, or swam in the pool in summer. no sitting in front of TV all day

Most is no better as the sugar content is way higher than need be.

Probably tomato juice and rune juice are OK, but for apple juice, for example, how many apples worth of sugar are you drinking?

And could you eat that many apples in that short a time? And there’s no fiber or other nutrients to go with it to slow sugar absorption.
