There is a hearing on Friday in the Kari Lake Election Integrity Case to determine how the new action on the signature verification will go forward. This is being filed as a separate motion for relief from judgment.

New evidence shows Maricopa County falsely certified that it passed L&A testing and then secretly tested all of the tabulators on three different days. It also shows they KNEW that 260 of the tabulators WOULD FAIL on Election Day.

New evidence also shows that Director of Elections Scott Jarrett gave FALSE TESTIMONY at trial concerning the BOD printers failures that caused the tabulators to malfunction.

For these reasons (among others we will get to in a moment), Lake is asking for relief from judgment (basically a do-over) under Rule 60(b). If you have newly discovered evidence that you couldn’t have had in time for the previous trial or the fraud, misrepresentation, or other misconduct of the opposing party, you can request what Lake is requesting. And they sure do.

It's a really interesting read, and it is going to be hard for the courts to ignore and excuse the evidence presented.
Kari Lake has recently obtained evidence that Maricopa election officials lied in Court about printer testing prior to the November election.
Tracy Beanz closing paragraph in her article is as follows:
“I often notice people exasperated, saying, “Nothing is ever going to happen. There is no justice..”
If Kari Lake and her team threw their hands up, we wouldn’t have any of this information, and we never would have gotten this far. WE MUST continue to fight, and we MUST support those with the guts to do what Kari Lake is doing.”

So would I. Many in her position would (and have) thrown in the towel a long time ago. It’s likely she will lose in the end (given the corruption of even the courts), but at least this information will be on the record.

Too few people are paying attention to this development. I believe the hearing is tomorrow and it could really make a different if the judge pays attention to the evidence Lake and her team has uncovered. It’s a bit convoluted, but the democrats do that deliberately as they try to confuse the issues and evidence before the Court.

“As Kari Lake’s legal team provided new evidence in its Arizona gubernatorial election challenge during a court hearing on Friday, counsel for defendants Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D) and Maricopa County election officials sought to dismiss the case.
Last Thursday, the Arizona Supreme Court ordered court proceedings to take place “forthwith” regarding Lake’s claim that Maricopa County’s violated its signature verification practices in last year’s general election. The court granted one sanction but denied the attorneys’ fees defendants had requested.
Lake, the Arizona GOP gubernatorial nominee, fell about 17,000 votes short in the 2022 election against then-Secretary of State Hobbs. She is suing Hobbs, the current Democratic governor, in addition to Fontes and Maricopa County election officials, requesting that the election results be invalidated or that she be declared the winner.
Lake’s legal team filed a motion for relief from judgment on Tuesday for Count II, which was previously dismissed by both that trial court and the Arizona Supreme Court, concerning alleged illegal ballot-on-demand printer and tabulator configurations.”
