So are open borders.
That sounds so non racist lol
What a nutball to think that would hold up in court
A tax on whites is necessary due to the transgressions that whites have perpetrated against blacks, especially in Colorado. After all, slavery was invented in Colorado in 1619, Colorado was a slave state, and Denver was the capital of the Confederacy.
Another RACIST, “wiseass Latina”. So what else is new. They’re a dime a dozen.
Maggots who vote for POS like this really need to be deported. They have too many mental issues.
“ kin of those 600,000+ who fought and died in the civil war should get reparations for ‘pain and suffering’ their families endured after the loss of their long lost loved ones-”
My family battled on both side. Do I get a partial share like a black free slave used to?
Candi is a good example why Latinos prefer to live under Marxist Socialist dictatorships.
Oh, please do....
Someone has to do it so that the courts can slap it down hard...
Time for the nonsense to stop.
Chewbacca is an ideologue and stupid to boot. A dangerous combination.
Maybe you have to pay yourself!
Years ago I read the opinion in Brown and what I found therein was rather shocking.
You see, the quote from Brown that many seem to be aware of, separate is inherently unequal, actually has little to do with what the opinion argues for why that is the case.
Bear with me for a moment: would you think that the motivation / justification, intent, means and ends for statutes are important to how they should be considered?
With respect to segregation the clear motivation for it was that there would be inequality, right? Thus the intent of those laws was to further said inequality and the means and therefore the ends that proceeded from the clear motivation for and intent of these laws was ... inequality.
So when people hear separate is inherently unequal one might excuse them believing that all that was what Brown was decided on.
But it was not.
Instead in Brown we find a fatuous discussion of how segregation is asserted to make people feel, yep fee fees, and even though the opinion admits that great strides had been made of separate being equal in terms of resources, and apparently would continue to be made, it is the feels of people and NOT the motivation for and intent of the laws that makes segregation “unconstitutional”.
Basically the intent of the laws doesn’t matter so even though equality before the Law is, you know, kinda in the Constitution but separate isn’t and even though the intent of segregation is to foster inequality before the Law it is feels that make it bad ... not intent.
This led to the realization that if it could ever be asserted, however fatuously, that the bad feels blacks had about segregation had been accommodated then .. hey ... segregation could make a return and they could actually reference Brown.
Because it’s bad fee fees about separate that makes it inherently unequal rather than the clear motives, intent, justification for those statutes.
And indeed we are seeing a few loud and obnoxious entitled hate filled black folks and Woketard white allies talking about the new separate ... and in this case it’s separate and you betta pay up suckers!
I’d move a block outside of town, assuming any of the adjoining towns is not liberal enough to do the same thing in six months, and give Denver residents a discount.
No, you have to pay yourself reparations. Take the amount that you feel appropriate out of your right pocket and place it in your left.
sure, free money for everyone- we can print more
Immediately organize and close down everything for one week. They will never think about doing this crap again anywhere in the country... One weeks profits well worth sacrificing to shut down that ideology forever.
Why does the greed for every little penny always override righteous principles? Sometimes there are things much more important than money. To immediately stop this kind of talk I would jump in without any delay at all no matter what it cost me to stand on principle.
As a small business owner in the metro area but not in Denver city limits I will happily join any suit contesting the constitutionality of this proposal (if she gets it through). I’m hoping even Denver isn’t looney enough to pass this insanity

Don’t need the courts, see #36... Just have to drop the selfish greed for a week.

Would you be willing to shut down your business for a week along with others if organized?
Asking as a business owner myself who would do this with absolutely no complaint to stand on principle and teach them a dire lesson.
