I can understand that...
Anyone wish to oppose my hypothesis that blacks wish to confiscate our wealth before they put us in concentration camps and “euthanize” whites? There are a few publicized incidents but they represent a minority of cases but are the majority of thought from that community.

Then all of the White owned businesses need to charge people of color a surcharge to makeup the difference in taxes.
I mean: No one can be forced to declare his race and/or ethnic background, and (under the Constitution), a person is free to declare whatever ethnicity he wishes (they change the categories every couple of year, anyway - the boxes for "Chicano" were eliminated a few years back; what about the millions of people who were thus denied the option of continuing to self-identify as "Chicanos?").
Short of employing force and/or having some panel of self-proclaimed experts evaluate the subjects, I can't imagine how.

To tax one group because of race, ethnicity or religion, or to exclude one group from taxation because of the same, is a violation of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution’s Equal Protection clause.
Candace need to go back to Mexico, Columbia or wherever the hell she escaped from. Nothing but a victim monger foreigner pretending to be American.

Just like with reparations when I said “Define “black””, now I ask “Define “white””.
Now, since in California they defined “black” as a decendant of slaves, I can say confidently that nobody in my lineage has ever owned a slave, so I guess I’m exempt form this tax, right? Right?

I understand that they (the Leftists) would like nothing better than to establish a new Federal agency, "entrusted" with determining the actual race of people applying for reparations (or, in this case, punitive penalties).
Rather, my point is that it is impossible to determine someone's race using Constitutional means.
Even though various public figures have been "shamed" and "guilted" and coerced into recanting their previous claims about being "Black" (Dolezal, etc.), Indian (Warren et al.), or Hispanic (Baldwin's wife) - they did so voluntarily.
It has NOT yet been established, under Law, that it is a criminal offence to claim membership in any ethnic grouping - and it certainly can't be made a crime to REFUSE to state one's race (necessary to "punish" White people).
