My home owners insurance as tripled in past three years, my property taxes has almost doubled, car insurance has doubled. Welcome to FLORIDA! and I have had to cut way back on items that I once thought was simple.

That’s unfortunate. Mine in WA State have been mostly stable, but property tax gapped up around 2018-19. Now comparable to a lot of other states.
You should see what it’s like here in IL. Florida is a cake walk.
