This has been a trend at the company I work for. When I see the he/him at the end of a email signature, my first thought is;
"he/him? Funny. I thought this guy was a fairly conservative, straight shooter type."

Oh well. Seem you just can't tell who the weak-minded fools are gonna be."

When I see pronouns (he/him, she/her, they/them, xir/xim, whatever), I acknowledge they are on borrowed time and have taken the clot shots.
