If You Live in a Major US City, It’s Probably Time to Move
America First Report ^ | 5/20/23 | DR. JOSEPH MERCOLA

Posted on 05/20/2023 7:54:35 AM PDT by CFW

Although this may seem to be an article focusing on Chicago, please realize Chicago is only being used as an example of the moral decay and corruption in virtually every major city in the United States. It serves as a stark warning to relocate if you are in one of these areas.

As noted by ReallyGraceful in the video above, Chicago, Illinois, ought to be “a haven of the United States.” The third largest city in the U.S., it’s filled with world-class architecture and technological advancements. It’s a center for manufacturing and transportation industries and has become a tech sector mecca.1

But rather than being the apple of America’s eye, Chicago has become known as “a center for murder, crime and corruption.” A person is shot every three hours and 41 minutes in “The Windy City.” This despite having some of the toughest gun control laws in the country.

Someone is murdered every 15 hours and 54 minutes in Chicago. According to statistics cited in the video, you’re more likely to be murdered in Chicago than die as a civilian in the Ukraine-Russia war. The violence in Chicago is primarily Black on Black, and most victims are Black men under the age of 25. How did this happen? How did Chicago become a center for crime rather than advancement?

It appears many are taking the advice of Dr. Mercola and those who are not part of the crime and corruption that is destroying this nation's large cities are already packing up to move. By the time the new Chicago mayor's plan of "First We Get the Money" is implemented there may not be many people remaining in that city to tax.

Speaking of large cities controlled by the left, here is a link to an article regarding the closing of the last Wal-mart store in North Portland.

So all these good democrats will move away and by voting spread their filth to places normal people live.

I packed up 2 years ago and moved out of a Blue County (next to a Blue City) to a Red County. Things have changed in America, we now seem to be like pre-war Bosnia, with people taking sides and arming up.

And we can thank our media and Democrats for that.

They will repeat the same formula again and again. Put stores out of business by stealing from them. Sell drugs to the kiddies. Invite homelessness. Create more mental defectives.

It must be understood that when the Culture Wars get hot and we enter into another Civil War, it won’t be between the states.

It’ll be between the urban cities and the rural flyover country areas.

And when the cities are held under siege and unable to import/export fundamental goods and services, they will crumble and self destruct in a matter of months.

Move out while you can. If moving out is not an option, be sure you have a Plan B to bug out.

I used to live in Pittsburgh, and I still follow politics there. Pittsburgh got a new, very liberal mayor in 2022. This is not such a big deal, as the last mayor was also very liberal.

Here’s what is a big deal. An insane liberal just won the county DA Democrat primary race. He ousted the incumbent, a good man. This new guy is absolutely in the mold of DAs like New York’s Alvin Bragg. Career criminals deserve love and understanding, not punishment.

Bad times are ahead for Pittsburgh.

Yep! And because it possesses those attributes, there is wealth to be made there. And as was seen in every gold rush, oil boom or what have you, where there is wealth you have crooks...who are able to survive ONLY thanks to POLITICIANS!!

Seattle

Hubby and I moved to Seattle after we were married, 42 years ago. It was a beautiful city, and very safe. I remember us walking around Seattle at night and not feeling at all unsafe. It was lovely. When our first daughter was born, we would take her to a Children's Festival that was held at a Center in the city. It would have children's musicians (we saw Fred Penner once). I believe the early 1980's was the pinnacle of children's music.

The festival stopped a long time ago, probably because people stopped having children. They are shutting down numerous elementary schools in the Seattle area because there is not enough children in the areas to support having their own school.

What has been done to Seattle is a sin really. But, decades of one party rule (Democrat), has ruined this city, along with many others in this country.

We now live in a suburb of Seattle, but we rarely go into Seattle. Before he retired, hubby would commute to and from Seattle and at the end of his employment he was having to be careful where he stepped to avoid the human feces on the sidewalks. Just before he retired, his company opened a "satellite" office in our suburban town. So, the last portion of his employment there was a much easier commute and a much more pleasant environment.

Just don't be surprised if the area you're bugging out to isn't exactly "friendly" toward urban folk. Hell, I'm living here more than 20 years and I'm still called "that New York City boy." With those who don't know me, my accent draws the stink eye.

I get what you’re saying. I myself moved out of San Antonio into a small town that would rival Mayberry on any given day 50 years ago. Now? There’s so much traffic and the little town is so crowded. It might take 10 minutes to drive 2 miles. Why? Because of people like me that have migrated to the country from the cities

Luckily, it’s a very friendly town and all is welcome.

article: "How did Chicago become a center for crime rather than advancement?"

It's in the genes. There's no reasoning with it. A zebra can't change its stripes.

There is no fixing it short of mass incarceration, and capital punishment (where applicable).

I live in what used to be a quiet little hamlet but trashy big city liberals have invaded the area like the Visigoths sacking Rome. Plates from kalifornicate, new york, illinois, etc. All the usual suspects.

Curses upon these people. They even smell bad. Don't liberals know how to bathe?
