Trump attacks Fox’s Laura Ingraham over ‘hit piece’ on his poll numbers

Former President Trump accused Fox News host Laura Ingraham of running a “hit piece” on him for airing a segment focusing on his poll numbers compared to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is expected to announce a White House bid in the coming days.

Trump, minutes after the segment aired on Monday evening, took to his Truth Social website to blast the longtime conservative commentator, who has been largely supportive of him in recent years.

When making an important decision, one should first calmly consider the risk vs. the reward. Same goes in politics. Unfortunately, Trump seems to never make that consideration. It’s always go with his first impulse.

Is DJT jumping the shark? I’m not sure how all this will settle out, but my sense is he’s gone overboard, attacking ANYBODY, friend or foe, for making any observations or comments he doesn’t like.

While I am an ardent supporter and will vote for whomever is the Republican nominee, I am becoming more and more afraid that DJT could win the nomination but lose an awful lot of of previous supporters with his incessant, complaining messages.

IMHO, he needs to switch to more positive, upbeat public comments to increase his support . . .

She dared to discuss a poll which shows Trump struggling in some swing states against Biden and that’s enough for Trump to call it a “hit piece.”

I really think 2020 broke Trump. He hasn’t been the same. And lashing out at everybody who dares to stand in the way of his coronation only reminds women of their abusive ex husbands. Remember Rush saying that Hillary reminded men of their screeching ex-wives? Well, here’s the other side of that coin.

This is not going to help Trump win the general. He lost independents 54-41 in 2020 after narrowly winning them in 2016. The Dems won’t even have to cheat in 2024 if he doesn’t control his impulse and anger management issues.

Here's his attack, which is not an attack at all, but instead a poll by her very own employer showing jus the opposite than her false claims. But you are not someone who analyzes anything correctly, because you probably didn't even see his response at all. Laura Ingraham on FoxNews just did a hit piece on me (there go her ratings!) showing some polls which indicate that Ron DeSanctimonious may do better against Biden than I would, when actually polls show that I do MUCH better against Biden than “Rob.” The poll your looking at now, which has me doing far better against Crooked Joe, was just put out by FOX, I am sure unhappily. I’m also leading DeSanctus by over 40 points in Primary Voting. Watch Greg Kelly on Newsmax at 10:00 P.M.
