VP bid?
More MSM instigating ?!@
Ouch.
She talkin’ ‘bout Donald J. Disney?
:^)
Mike drop
He is beating Donald Duck. But Donald Trump is in a different league and he ain’t beating Trump.
The result could very likely be more powerful than the sum of the parts.
DeSantis has been WAY more successful than Kari Lake. And unlike Trump, he’s fighting against the perverting of our kids.
I voted for Kari Lake and REALLY wanted her to win...but this is just her sucking up to Trump.
Donald Duck beat himself.
Mickey is hurting.
Minnie is crying.
Goofy is going crazy.
Cinderella is looking to move out of her castle.
Iger is getting beat by a tiger.
Disney is clueless and mindless.
Disneland has turned into Wokeland.
Well… to be fair DeSantis hasn’t lost to Disney… yet, anyway.
Hey, thats gotta nice ring to it!
That’s brutal.
Alternate headline: “Loser who lost an election tries to be the VP pick for another loser who lost an election.”
That was a good line but it’s not Kari’s fight and she should stay out of it IMO.
That may very possibly be the most inane comment a politician has ever made.
She’s successfully made an ass of herself.
Congratulations are in order ...
I’m glad Kari is still fighting there in Arizona. That said, any Republican who takes Disney’s side over DeSantis is making a critical error.
Kari is the only other person on my list for president other than Trump.
Looks like that comment from Lari Lake has hit the mark and all DeSantis fans are out of the nest and going postal on this thread.
As far as I can tell DeSantis has done a great job in Florida.
Should he “defeat” the Disney corporation? Is it the role of a Governor to drive a company into bankruptcy? Is this “war?” Let’s get a little perspective. The answers to the above questions is “no.”
Disney corp. chose to take sides in political matters. The governor is right to take away tax and other privileges, that they should never have had in the first place. One can call it punitive, but one could also call it principled. I bet Disney has had many other benefits as a large employer that have not been available to small employers. Those benefits are deserving of scrutiny.
I imagine Florida already regulates the product of Florida employers: use of pesticides, building materials and techniques for buildings on the coast, etc.
Why not intellectual content? The Florida legislature could “follow the science,” recognizing males as having the XY chromosomes and females as having the XX chromosomes.
Can we “legislate morality?” I think we do so with every law. Laws against theft, murder and rape for example.
It’s true that some men rape women. Many more refuse to consider the thought. The accusation of “homophobia” is based on the idea that some men reject homosexual attraction. If that is true, I say it is a good thing. We should recognize morality and free will. A man should not rape a woman or lie with another man. It does not matter if “you are born that way.” The Florida legislature would get my support if they acted against LBGT+ content from Florida based companies.
GREAT LINE!
