Chi-Congo in 2022 had a murder rate of 25.8/100000 residents. Something like 700 murders in 2022.

New Orleans, a much smaller city had a murder rate in 2022 of 74.3/100000 residents. ONLY 280 people murdered.

The per capita numbers indicate which is a more dangerous (lawless) city.

While more people by number are murdered in Chi-Congo, in New Orleans your odds of being murdered are significantly higher.

If Chi-Congo had the same murder rate as New Orleans (74.3/100000), Chi-Congo murder rate would be near 6600 MURDERS per year. 700 is a drop in the bucket.

Actually, 20% is pretty close to combat percentage of kills. In fact it may be higher, I haven’t seen that statistic for a long time.
