“Sayreville Councilman Eunice Dwomfour was shot and killed by someone she knew from church, authorities in New Jersey said Tuesday.
Rashid Ali Bynum, 28, of Portsmouth, Virginia, was taken into custody on Tuesday morning just before 11 a.m.
Police say Bynum knew Dwumfour from the Champions Royal Assembly Church in Newark and they worked together at the church.”
I hope they have the right man, and he is tried and convicted ASAP.

Allegedly he planned the murder, traveled from VA to NJ in a rented car, returned immediately after.
Motive not revealed.

The suspect has a long criminal record including credit card felony and forgery.
The family’s lawyer is wondering how the suspect would’ve known Eunice’s schedule. Was someone else feeding him information about when she was coming and going?
