Townhall has exclusively obtained trans-identified mass shooter Audrey "Aiden" Elizabeth Hale's autopsy report months after the murderer massacred six victims, including three children, at a private Christian elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee.
Though the cause of death was apparent, a hail of gunshots from a pair of heroic Nashville police officers who didn't hesitate to neutralize Hale, the public has been left wondering what drugs were in the mass shooter's system, if any, at the time of the Covenant School rampage. Included in the 11-page document from the Davidson County Medical Examiner's office, a toxicology report found that the blood-, urine- and vitreous-humor analysis performed on Hale did not detect abuse of substances or alcohol.
Other sections document Hale's gunshot wounds in graphic detail, a sketch of a woman's body showing where Hale sustained injuries during the police shootout, and the case's summary, which notes that Hale was "a transgender person" "assigned female at birth." An external examination describes Hale's clothing worn at the time of death, as security cameras at the school captured.

Well, I’m no medical examiner but I believe you’re correct.
I think those are the two that the second cop fired after the first cop with the rifle took her down.
So she was “assigned” XX chromosomes at birth? No, actually she was assigned those when she was conceived. Unless she found a way to transplant the XY chromosome and dump the XX, she remained a she from beginning to end.
What about prescribed psychiatric drugs? How about other drugs that might have been prescribed for her gender dysphoria?

So what drugd did the doctors have her on? SSRI anti depressants, testosterone, and some tranquillizers can cause rage or paranoia.
And her psychologist can be sued for not detecting her plans to commit violence.

Having that in an autopsy report is totally inappropriate.
An autopsy is a scientific/evidence based legal document describing as best can be determined who the person is and the circumstances and cause of death.
Unless the person’s mental illness factors in to their cause of death, it does not belong in the autopsy report.
