Jesse Watters will take over the 8pm prime time slot on Fox News vacated by Tucker Carlson after his firing by the network.
Announced as part of shuffle that will also see Laura Ingraham shift earlier in the evening and late-night host Greg Gutfeld move up to 10 pm, Watters' will now man the hallowed 8pm slot - left vacant by longtime fixture Carlson back in April.
The brand-new lineup will also seen Ingraham, previously the host of the 10pm hour, kick off the primetime programming block at 7pm. Seasoned commentator Sean Hannity, meanwhile, will keep his old 9pm time, brass confirmed in a statement.

And that will really hurt Laura Ingraham, putting her in the hour in which most markets run Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.
Looks like Fox News has suffered some big bruises.
I like Watters quite a lot. He’s not afraid to call it likes it is and he’ll argue and debate his stand.

NBC put Leno in the 10 pm slot but that didn't work because his viewers were not there at that time.
I like watching Jesse Watters. But I have been protesting fox at that time slot. Not sure what I will do.
That timeslot is my protest against Fox News, so I probably will not watch Jesse when he takes over
Too late. We can watch the news through streaming. This was the last straw. But I don't think the Murdochs care.
Considering the bench, he is likely their best default choice.
Fox will never have the audience at that hour it had with Ted O’Baxter and Tucker Carlson.

Well deserved, as well. I like Jesse a lot, but I haven't watched since they canned Tucker. Maybe I'll go back at some point, but I'd rather see Jesse (and Gutfeld) leave Fox News.

You mean he’s gay, right? Not sure about that. But his sign-off sure is gay. He does throw some conservative haymakers at his political opponents, I have to admit that.
But I still don’t trust him as far as I can throw him. And as long as he remains on FOX, I’ll never watch him in any time slot.

Has Dominion signed off on this move? I don’t watch FOX, but if anyone wants to take one for the team, keep an eye on how long it is until Jesse dives into the election fraud, has a positive segment on President Trump, or if he does the DeSwamptis-Two-Step.
