Former President Donald Trump has claimed he did not show classified material in leaked audio recently obtained by CNN.

Speaking with Semafor and ABC News, the former president said that he did not share classified information, chocking it down to “bravado.”
“I would say it was bravado, if you want to know the truth, it was bravado,” Trump said. “I was talking and just holding up papers and talking about them, but I had no documents. I didn’t have any documents.”

The question is; why isn’t that feral lib Never Trumper Smith in the docket on felony leaking charges?
There were two other people in the room during that recording. Have they been questioned as to what was shown to them? Do the alleged papers exist?
If Trump can be prosecuted based on an audio recording alone, then Hunter’s laptop should land Hunter in prison for life.
And now he claims the papers were building plans for golf courses, magazines, and newspapers. Seriously? Will or do people in the room collaborate that? Did they think he was showing them what he said at the time, classified military documents or did they see him holding up plans for golf courses, magazines, and newspapers?

Did Smith or his team leak this? There are suggestions that Trump leaked it. Maybe the author and her team leaked it. I have not seen any mention of who leaked it.
Two things...
The document in question isn’t even part of the indictment, so it probably doesn’t exist and Trump even told Brett Baier that those were newspaper articles he was waving around. Not sure where he supposedly lied.
As an entirely separate matter, can Hunter be prosecuted? I sure hope so, but will that be limited by the sweetheart plea deal? Can that deal be rescinded by his July 26 court date? Will McCarthy take action to help make that occur?
Maybe Smith has other reason to include the audio take as prosecution evidence? Are we missing something here?
Maybe Garland will get right on the investigation?

Think of what he could be doing for our country if only he had the wisdom and self-control to practice some discretion instead of blowing off all his advisors who just had to accept “ let Trump be Trump”
Weren’t there 3 other people in the room? What did they see? Did they see news articles, classified documents or just plain documents?
I don’t doubt Smith leaked that audio to CNN. When it was first discovered, they believed they had Trump by the balls. But then they discovered there were no such documents. Trump was lying and so their whole prosecution based on that audio fell apart.
So the next best thing? Leak it to the press.
And an attack on Iran?? It's been on the horizon for years before President Trump...and I'm sure there is an attack plan at present. It's what we do for just about every country.
And who "leaked" this to the media.
Supposedly they’ve already testified but their testimony hasn’t been released.
Just you know CNN just reported there is no document.
