Everytime he talks about the case, he get’s himself in more trouble.
We Vets, and those currently serving, know that this is beyond, beyond illegal and unacceptable.
If Trump wins the nom, and he might, be prepared for 24/7 oppo ads about porn star hush money, flights aboard Epstein's 727, impeachments, indictment and trial for classified document misuse. Some of it unfair, all of it due to Trump's inability to control his impulses.
Trump will lose the general election, and it's all on him.
As an aside, an honorable discharge should be a requirement for POTUS, Veep, and SOTH.
And when and if Trump drops out, who will you support?
********
It won’t happen, but I’ll engage your fantasy.
Not sure, but it won’t be DeSantis.
Take a look at the infamous National Review magazine published February 15, 2016 titled “Against Trump.”
Now substitute DeSantis for Trump.
That’s my position & will remain my position.
Noem
But Noem is not running. Should be the VP Choice.
no females ... ever ...
“If your screen name “thefactor” was inspired by Bill O’Reilly, note that he called Free Republic the vilest place on the web.
If you don’t trust Trump, OK, but you and your buddies keep pushing it. Creating strife among us was the uniparty’s plan all along.”
Well obviously, FR was too far “right” for O’Reilly. And yeah, the divide & conquer tactic works really well for the radical left.... considering how dumb, easily conned and delusional many ‘supposedly on the right’ seem to be.
We'd need a constitutional amendment to require honorable military service to qualify for POTUS, VP, and Speaker. I'd support that. Public opinion can achieve in the interim if we demand it of our candidates. Sadly, I think DeSantis is the only veteran among all of the current presidential candidates.
None f this crap matters—until everyone is under oath and in a courtroom. It will be interesting to see if Trump testifies. That would be an historical event.
Are you a child? Nothing personal, but when anyone - Trump or anyone else, uses an invented dramatization of something in order to make a point he wants to make, it is just exactly that - no more no less.
It cannot be sanely categorized as “a lie” when taken in context.
I knew that by third grade because we did little plays and vignettes by that time in our lives.
Some people who are very much grown up use that as a device to make a point, sometimes.
Like it or not, that’s the truth.
To hammer away that “IT’S A LIE - HE LIED!” is silly.
And maybe you read too much into this in order to dismiss it. Take it on face value, he said one thing on the record, which he nows said is a lie. Was he lying before or now? Does it matter, once a liar, always a liar.
Was I talking to you?
Grow up and mind your own business.
This put the corrupt Deep State on notice. He should have proceeded with stealth.
You’re a desperate lunatic.
agree
Re: 73 - LOL!
Burden of proof is on the prosecutor to demonstrate that he had documents that he did not declassify. It is arguable that any documents he kept at the end of his presidency were declassified and part of his personal effects. Under long standing precedent, going all the way back to George Washington, a president has a right of ownership to all documents he includes with his personal effects and has unilateral right to declassify anything as he is the head of the executive branch.
What the prosecution will really need to demonstrate is that he took documents AFTER he could not legally declassify them, which I seriously doubt occurred.
This is a BS case from top to bottom and you are not much better than a troll for promoting the MSM and Biden Administration narrative.
All this historic high level corruption, tryanny, bribes, payoffs, and no doubt blackmail regarding the Biden’s, and all you and a few others on this venue can do is focus on Trump.
Real disgusting s**t.
“As an aside, an honorable discharge should be a requirement for POTUS, Veep, and SOTH”
I would add an age limit of 69 at the time of inauguration. Having presidents who are pushing 80 years old while in office is insane.
