ix Mississippi deputy sheriffs have been fired or resigned after they were accused by two black men of beating and sexually assaulting them before shooting one in the mouth.

Michael Corey Jenkins, 32, and his friend Eddie Terrell Parker, 35, said deputies from the Rankin County Sheriff's Department burst into a home in Rankin County, just east of the state capital of Jackson, without a warrant.

The men said deputies beat them, assaulted them with a sex toy and shocked them repeatedly with Tasers in a roughly 90-minute period during the January 24 episode, Jenkins and Parker said.

That was my response as well. But then again, they are perhaps doing what should be done, an investigation to determine validity. I haven’t read the article yet, so I do not have enough information to make an informed statement. we shall see if the article provides any information.

I think they will be charged. There are really bad cops out there in this world. They tarnish the badge and garner disrespect for authority. If this is true they should be imprisoned for their crimes.

Certainly there must be a lot more to this story. Was there any evidence other that a verbal statement? Many years ago when I was in LE for a time, I often heard stories that were unbelievable - and were unbelievable.
