This statement is absolutely useless with they word probably included in it. That is nothing more than someone's conclusion, not science.
Bottom line these people need counseling, not reassignment surgery. When they become of adult age, they are free to make their decision, but not as children. There is a reason children are not allowed to participate in a contract. Same thing applies here to life changing surgeries.
