Believe it or not you can Google the average street price of cocaine. It is currently running from $93-168 per gram. A “small bag” would probably be several grams.
I’m pretty sure people in the WH are only authorized to be in certain areas. Most likely they have RFID tags so narrowing the list of who could be in what areas is probably easy.
