If he means what I think he means....then he is 100% correct.
First action, a curfew imposed...anybody caught on the streets after dark must have a provable valid reason that has nothing to do with rioting or protesting.
Second action, an open shoot to kill order for anyone committing violence, burning, looting or assaulting police.
Third, if the first two actions don’t quell the violence (it is war, after all), a shock & awe response to the rioters.
It’s the only way to be sure.

All I need to know is that the French refused to listen to anyone who tried to warn them about importing millions of radical Islamic “refugees” and now they are feeling the consequences.
Perhaps their sense of moral superiority and self righteousness will protect them in these troubled times.
I am not convinced one way or another, but this very common pattern of woke, racially-aggrieved political violence once again breaking out (this time in France) is the best evidence there is that it has been organized as a weapon of war.
The French riots and the US ANTIFA/BLM riots are probably funded and organized by WEF/SOROS/Domestic Communist Organizations. This is their destabilization strategy. And I expect it again in the run up to the 2024 elections. Maybe worse than before the 2020 elections, with a new St George or with nothing at all.
