Even LLC's have to submit tax returns to the IRS. With supposedly 87,000 more IRS agents, they just shine this on? This sounds like a tax evasion from US big players connected to overseas big players.
Really? 55,000 acres in an arid desert with little potential for agriculture? It could be some group[s] thinking big solar projects. Yes, those idiot millionaires and billionaires are still around with their grandiose "Dreams of Green" even after all the failures of wind and solar. Anyone remember the great success of Solyndra Energy?
