6 months ago, I would have said that DeSantis also had a chance, but ONLY if he worked with Trump, so as to carry Trump’s base. In other words, if he really was a “Trump without the baggage”.
But he threw that away, once he went Neocon on Ukraine, along with later identifying with the Globalists in the party, and so it’s unlikely he’ll ever recover.
