I agree. Except that he was guilty. He used excessive force. So there should be another hearing.
Manslaughter - the crime of killing a human being without malice aforethought, or otherwise in circumstances not amounting to murder.
No evidence of lesions on his neck.
He wasnt strangled.
Is there ANYTHING you’re ever right about ?
Floyd wasn’t punched, wasn’t slapped, wasn’t kicked, wasn’t tased, wasn’t shot, only did he was trained to do....there goes excessive force out the window. Political conviction 100%...
Guilty? Would he have been convicted of any crime if St. George of Floyd was white and Chauvin black? Not a chance.
“Except that he was guilty. He used excessive force.”
The autopsy done by the state indicated there was no trauma to the back of the neck or the airway. Floyd did not die from the restraining.
From the released 2023 autopsy it stated:
No life-threatening injuries identified
A. No facial, oral mucosal, or conjunctival petechiae
B. No injuries of anterior muscles of neck or laryngeal
structures
C. No scalp soft tissue, skull, or brain injuries
D. No chest wall soft tissue injuries, rib fractures (other
than a single rib fracture from CPR), vertebral column
injuries, or visceral injuries
E. Incision and subcutaneous dissection of posterior and
lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, and buttocks
negative for occult trauma
The medical examiner found that Floyd’s heart stopped while he was being restrained though fentanyl intoxication and recent methamphetamine use may have increased the likelihood of death.
So with no recognized injury to the area, and Floyd able to talk it’s the same as a heimlich in that if they can talk, they can breath, so you don’t perform it. He died of a cardiac arrest from hypertension, the covid aftermath he had, and the drug mixture. Find the autopsy.

Except that he was guilty. He used excessive force.
floyds autopsy showed he had a leathal levels of fentynal in his blood stream along with other major health risks like heart disease, he showed no signs of trauma to his windpipe, he was talking the whole time until the drugs and stress killed him.
to believe a 5'9"-154# person can kneel on a 6'4" 220# mans back and kill him, Shows You are the epitome of ignorance.
Not true whatsoever. You don't appear to either know the facts of the case or don't comprehend them. Chauvin did absolutely nothing wrong or out of policy. He was convicted because we, as a nation, are far too fearful of black temper tantrums.
He did NOT use excessive force. Everything those cops did was by the book. Now if you want to change the book, that’s a different conversation.
What was the excessive force? Did he bludgeon him with his flashlight or something?
