Ted Kennedy wiped the floor with him in the debates for the Senate in 1992 ...
Ted mockingly pointed out how liberal Willard really was ...
His answers in the Gov race in 1994 had him admitting he was more liberal than the Democrat ...
And he would have won the White House in 2012 had he not taken a dive.
