The transcript of Hunter Biden’s business associate Devon Archer’s congressional testimony was released Thursday.
Archer testified about Hunter’s business dealings and President Joe Biden’s alleged involvement. Archer is a close friend of Hunter and sat on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma alongside Hunter.
The transcript alleges that Hunter had a “brand” as part of the Biden family, specifically due to President Joe Biden. Archer testified that while Biden had no involvement with Burisma to his knowledge, “Burisma would have gone out of business if it didn’t have the brand attached to it.”

On Monday, Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.), the only Democrat on the hearing committee, told the entire country Devon Archer testified that Joe Biden “merely exchanged pleasantries” with Hunter Biden’s foreign business partners.
According to Goldman, “Joe Biden merely spoke of the weather” and didn’t even KNOW who he was talking to during the more than twenty (20) times Joe participated in Hunter’s meetings w/ foreign dealmakers needing a favor.
Not so well known, is that Hunter doesnt make a move
without Democrat Dan Goldman being appraised of every detail.

You don’t expect a criminal to incriminate himself without a promise of immunity? The problem with this defense of what Hunter and Archer were doing is that Joe already admitted to using his position as the VPOTUS to extort Ukraine into firing Shokin who was investigating Burisma. Quid pro quo. Further it will be easy to trace payments from foreign entities through the various shell companies to the Big Guy. At a minimum Joe did not register as a representative of a foreign nation and he didn’t pay taxes on those earnings.

What crimes has Devon Archer been accused of? No one is charging him for any Burisma activity. Seems no risk for him to say that Joe was involved with Hunter’s dealings. When Trump was the president, Archer had zero risk of prosecution, he could have said this if he had believed it.
No one is charging Devon Archer with a crime, because Biden Inc owns the DOJ lock stock and barrel. Did Archer pay taxes on all the money he received from foreign actors? Did he commit wire fraud by all of the convoluted transactions through shell companies? Did he properly register as a foreign agent under FARA? But the obvious question to ask, is why was the Biden brand worth millions to those paying the millions if they never received any return on their investment? Archer wants us to believe that merely the appearance of having the VPOTUS in your back pocket is valuable even if don’t actually receive actual favors from the Big Guy.

Trump could have indicted Archer for these things if they happened. Archer was indicted for other crimes by Trump not related to Burisma so there was no aversion to charging him.
I think that Hunter Biden stories are a false flag. The Ashley Biden diary is far more damaging and actually has evidence of crimes.

When could have Trump indicted Archer? Two weeks before the election when the NY Post broke the story on Hunter’s laptop? Before that, no one but the FBI knew about the laptop and they weren’t talking. You are either extremely gullible or more likely just lacking any sense of justice, morality or have an interest in the truth. Enjoy your twisted world.
Archer was prosecuted and convicted in 2018 under the Trump administration. His verdict was overturned and a new trial was conducted which began in 2020 under Trump and ended in 2022 under Biden.
Hunter was under investigation before the laptop was revealed, beginning in 2018. Trump or Barr could have indicted Hunter at any point but did not do it.
Best to focus on Ashley rather than Hunter fantasies imo.
