Florida State University criminology professor Eric Stewart was a guru of the claim that “systemic racism” infests America’s police and American society.
Now he’s out of a job on account of “extreme negligence” in his research.
The academic was fired after almost 20 years of his data — including figures used in an explosive study, which claimed the legacy of lynchings made whites perceive blacks as criminals, and that the problem was worse among conservatives — were found to be in question.
College authorities said he was being fired for “incompetence” and “false results.”

Eric Stewart...?
Believe me, that guy is the tip of the iceberg
Hey Prof, racist much? Or are you just a lousy opportunist?
More evidence that social science fields like sociology and its sub-field criminology are as rigorous as tarot cards!
If you have children going to college\university and they announce they are majoring in some form of social science. Tell them you will only pay for a STEM or business degree. If they are still interested in social sciences get them a library card!
The professor’s termination came four years after his former graduate student Justin Pickett blew the whistle on his research.
The professor received north of $3.5 million in grant support from major organizations and taxpayer-funded entities, according to his resume.
Blacks make me think many blacks are criminals.
Live around Philly most of your life, and guess what…
P.S. FSU sucks.
When the investigation into Stewart began in 2020, he claimed he was the victim and that Pickett “essentially lynched me and my academic character.”
fake data?
why, why, must be VERY VERY VERY unusual
peer review used to be the GOLD STANDARD of research (too bad we got rid of the gold standard of money)
peer review used to be the CADILLAC of research (except Mercedes is the current top of the line)
peer review used to be the REXALL DRUGS of research (now a division of Dollar General)
peer review used to be the GODIVA CHOCOLATE of research (now you can buy it at Walgreens)
peer review used to be the ACME of research (just ask Wyle E. Coyote about that brand)
While in Toastmasters, some grad students would practice their research presentation at the club.
Their research would show zero correlation between factors in their study, yet they would make recommendations for action based on that.
I would call them on that at their presentation to us, but I am sure no professor ever did.
Lol. Another Black playing the pretend victimhood card.
“There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs-partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.” Booker T Washington

Race of professional victims...
I might be unfairly biased...
I was a political science major in college.
For my final paper I worked with a big name professor (who I will not name to protect the guilty) and did some statistical analysis of voting patterns.
The prof gave me an A on the paper.
Afterwards I sat down with him and said “you know, Professor X, what I demonstrated was correlation, not causation. There could be many other factors that caused these results.
His response was “Welcome to the club. That is how we all do it.”
“Social science” is garbage.
He would have just sent it to other peers of his that were just as racist as he is.
After scamming off racial hoaxes for twenty some years,
probably both racist and opportunist grifter.
“Truth” is whatever serves the revolution.
