The New Charges Against Trump ‘May’ Carry the Death Penalty
Front Page Magazine ^ | August 8, 2023 | Robert Spencer

We’re deep into banana republic territory with this criminal regime.

From the beginning, the Biden regime has wanted to render Donald Trump politically dead. Now they’ve opened the possibility of death of a more physical variety. With their latest kangaroo court charges, their bête noire now faces the death penalty. Yes, that’s right: drug dealers, murderers, and rapists walk free in blue cities all the time, but a former president and current presidential candidate who dares to stand up to the political and media elites could now get the big sleep.

It has been clear from the beginning that the indictments of Donald Trump are brazenly political, designed to discredit the Biden regime’s principal political opponent to the extent that he either cannot run again in 2024 or is so tainted in the eyes of the American people that it doesn’t matter whether he runs or not. A principal part of this strategy has been to exaggerate misdemeanor charges into felonies and split what would in ordinary circumstances have been one charge into many, such that Trump has now been charged with no fewer than seventy-eight felonies that could get him hundreds of years in prison. Or even, now, execution.

Breitbart reported Tuesday that “Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment Tuesday against former President Donald Trump for his role in attempting to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election includes several weighty felonies, including one for which death may be a penalty.”

That one would be 18 U.S.C § 241, “Conspiracy Against Rights,” one of the most absurd aspects of this entire ridiculous indictment...

The Bidennistas would not be satisfied even if DJT were drawn, quartered, disemboweled and beheaded.

The hatred runs deep with that legion.

I can see Democrats dying in mass if it goes that far.

Trump needs to repeat his threats to go after Smith. Other Republicans need to echo the threats and explicitly denounce the DOJ, NYC, Mi and GA DAs as totally illegitimate and political and promise punishment against all involved. Total war. GOP govs and DAs need to indict Dems en masse as well. “Conspiracy to...” whatever! They made this shit political. They only response is in kind, times 1000.

I think this is what Joe wants, to execute Trump. This will solidify the dictatorship rule of the Democrats. I think Joe wants to imprison Don, and then do a false flag against Russia, maybe nuke a small rural area, and blame it on Russia and launch an all out war. This could be the one world government in the making.

They would already have stood President Trump against a wall if they thought they could get away with it. So far, they are still trying for a guise of legitimacy. That won’t last forever; if they can steal another election or two, they’ll drop the mask.

It can happen here.

Banana Republics are looking on with over-awed jealousy. No standard-average tinpot dictator could get away with anything like this.

The deep state should worry about a million plus Lone Wolves at this stage of time.

Will be a snowball effect.

I think Frontpage Magazine is exaggeration a death sentence being given President Trump. In no way will that charge hold up because in no way did Trump impede any person's ability to vote. The fact is, It was after the ballot were counted did Trump have doubts to their result.

Hell, in Washington State we had the Dino Rossi race for governor in 2004 when vote by mail was allowed in several counties. When Rossi was ahead by 261 votes a week after the election, a recount was ordered. After that recount, Rossi was ahead by 42 votes. The Democratic party put down $730,000 for a hand recount, an amount that would be reimbursed by the state if the recount changed the outcome. It did. During that recount, more votes that had been missed had surfaced—especially in the liberal bastion of King County. Stories about ballots being found in car trunks emerged. The smell of election fraud was in the air. By the end of December, incumbent Christine Gregoire was ahead by 130 votes. The counting stopped when Gregoire was ahead. Rossi was outraged, as was the GOP. Did they get get a RICO charge against them for voicing their outrage? What the DemonKKKrats did then makes me sooooo darn mad. What they are dong now, makes my engine lights lite up!

the people can not be all, & always, well informed. the part which is wrong [. . .] will be discontented in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. if they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. we have had 13. states independant 11. years. there has been one rebellion. that comes to one rebellion in a century & a half for each state. what country before ever existed a century & half without a rebellion? & what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms. the remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them. what signify a few lives lost in a century or two? the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. it is it’s natural manure. - Thomas Jefferson
