I expect Antifa to show up and torch the place. They can’t let this stand!
I hope and pray it does too.
If it was a white man who beat a black criminal, he would be convicted and sentenced to 40 years to life.
I was born in Stockton and left for college at the earliest possible opportunity. The circumstances of this case notwithstanding, “good thing they live in Stockton” is not a formulation that has ever passed my lips
Sounds like somebody read the room.
Nice!!!!
If the DA has no plans to indict then who would bring charges?
Go, Stockton 7-11 clerks! I hope the parent company doesn't screw them.
He should get a medal.
Exactly. Just like the NYC bodega owner. Exonerated by video and public opinion.
Don’t break that spotless record!
CYOA for the DA.
Only because the video went viral and the vast majority of citizens supported it.
Me, too.
On TV some jerk in a bow tie arrives from DC to say the case is being reopened as a Federal hate crime.
Good news but watching to see if Biden’s DOJ will let it pass. I suspect it will get involved.
I bet left wing KCRA is outraged.
As I understand the story, the perp later got up and left.
In my opinion, the beating was therefore not as serious as he deserved.
I read somewhere the Sikh clerks who administered the punishment are being hailed as heroes in India.
I strongly suggest the clerks buy a couple of hickory ax handles to keep on hand.
As the stranger in Pale Rider said, “There’s nothing like a nice piece of hickory,” after he beat the hell out of four bullies with a hickory ax handle.
The video doesn’t work. Says not appropriate for some ages...
I have watched that video several times. When I need a smirk I go to it. m3
The perp who got a beating, Sikh sytle.-------- https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/man-in-viral-video-trying-to-steal-cigarettes-at-stockton-7-eleven-arrested-linked-to-other-robberies/ar-AA1eZcIp
The man at the center of a viral video showing his alleged attempt to steal from a 7-Eleven store in Stockton did not enter a plea during his first court appearance on Wednesday.
Tyrone Frazier entered a Stockton courtroom shackled in a red jumpsuit.
The judge read a list of six charges against him which included two counts of robbery, attempted robbery, criminal threats, commercial burglary and vandalism.
One of those charges is in connection with the alleged attempted robbery seen in the viral video.
