Closing a grocery store is very easy.
You just call the manager and employees in the middle of the night and tell them you are not paying them any more—they are fired.
Let the looters take care of the rest.
Toyota USA moved to Plano Texas in 2014. That came as quite a shock to California.
If you drive around the eastern end of DC (not that I recommend it, and if you do....do so only in daylight hours)...you will find about three or our blocks a decent sized brick building which was a grocery store in the 1960s/1970s, and by the 1990s....it failed and was vacated. If you did live in that part of town, you probably grocery-shop across the line, over into Maryland.
