CNN commentator Van Jones pointed out what he said was an aggressive approach by Fulton County, Ga., District Attorney Fani Willis (D) in indicting former President Trump and more than a dozen others in connection with his efforts to overturn the state’s 2020 election result.
“Well, she didn’t throw the book at him, she threw the library. I think the difference between her approach and Jack Smith’s approach is really night and day,” Jones said during CNN’s live coverage of Monday night’s Trump indictment, his fourth this year. “So you have got a very different player that just stepped on the field with a very different playbook and a very different sense of what justice looks like.”

She overplayed her hand, I think.
Even partisan people can see it.
Democrats have now fully weaponized the justice system.
Under current Georgia law, the Georgia Governor does not have the power to pardon Trump or any of the others who were indicted by the democrat DA unless they are first convicted and five years pass after completion of their sentences.
The Georgia Governor (Brian Kemp) is a Republican and Republicans control both houses of the Georgia General Assembly. It seems to me that they should be looking at changing the law to give the Governor full pardon power, regardless of how they feel about Trump. Otherwise, they can look forward to far left-wing democrat DAs indicting every Republican that they want to get rid of.
Other than being born black, has van jones ever done anything substantial in his life?
There is an art to being aloof for your own benefit if things go sideways. This lady is going to make a wreck of herself.
What are so many of the prosecutors and judges related to Trump cases black women? It’s got to be above 65% from a 6.5% demographic. And nearly all of the remainder is progressive females. Is the femsurrection just based on affirmative action? Or something else? Theories…??
PURE EVIL!!!
RICO is easy to charge but a real bee-yotch to prove.
the small “c” commie is wetting his panties
he is so giddy
And all the others are Jewish, I think.
No. Van Jones was a community organizer who then used the liberal system to be a multimillionaire spokesperson for the Left.
When the SHTF these people think they will be the last to get eaten.
RE: Is the femsurrection just based on affirmative action?
That’s my guess. To achieve the appearance of diversity the colleges, law schools, judicial section of the ballots and finally the choices on the bench for someone to promote as a higher court judge have had a lot of women, especially black women as the possibilities.
Damned Chapelle says you aren’t allowed to notice that. Same is true about the impeachment over the Ukraine phone call. The list is utterly out of all proportion weighted in that direction. Vindman, Nuland, Sondman,Tavonovitch, Schumer, Nader, Cohen, etc. if such a group effort was all Jehovahs Witnesses, Mormons or something… people would be asking WTH going on.
AMEN!! There are a TON more!
That rings true. Downstream from a huge affirmative action culture, and gravitating to low iQ government jobs.
I couldn’t care less about the opinion of a card-carrying Communist.
And sorry about the autocorrect errors. Small font, old eyes. Hopefully you can translate and see the intended words!
It’s all just to make a mess to keep the news cycle on Trump and off Brandon for months on end.
