“Fifty-seven percent of independents said the ex-president should face prosecution...”

And that’s why the Dems are doing this now. To destroy Trump’s credibility with independents. Independents don’t spend time on Free Republic or Breitbart. So if this is true, Trump will lose in 2024 and this time it will be legitimate.

And to all of the kneejerkers who immediately discredit this, ask yourself what voters among the US electorate will Trump get in 2024 that he didn’t have in 2020? None.

“But we’re not talking about procedures here....we’re talking about the 2020 election rsults.”

I don’t think people running for office should be talking, but official investigations should be conducted until the statute of limitations expire or leads are exhausted.

Computer-based analysis should be done to estimate the size of the problem.

And if necessary, an Amendment VI-based examination of fingerprints of persons officially considered to have voted or processed ballots in contested areas could be collected and compared by FBI-class means with the fingerprints on ballots considered received from those contested areas. Amendment VI can be a mighty instrument when backed by a billionaire’s bucks.

i think this is an accurate poll. I don’t like it, but think this is what is happening among the uneducated electorate.

most people don’t pay attention to these things so they drink in what they see on tv or the internet.

Well, since you folks blindly loyal to Trump are suddenly loving polls, how do you feel about this one? It’s a poll after all.

Now it looks like Trump is losing your “horse race” comprised solely on push polls. If he keeps losing in these mainstream media poles where the questions are worded into a pretzel to produce a certain outcome, it surely must indicate that he will keep falling further and further back, and must of course drop out long before January 2024, and throw his support behind RDS, who has no legal issues.

That is a thoughtful and well reasoned comment. And for that, you will be ridiculed. Rational thought and measured statements will not be tolerated! The True Believers will not stand for it!

“..Trump appears to be losing in the court of public opinion...”

And where does the “public” go for information?? — the media, print, TV, internet. And how many of the outlets provide accurate, non biased information? And the answer: ‘very few.”

The “public” has been indoctrinated by the left.

“ask yourself what voters among the US electorate will Trump get in 2024 that he didn’t have in 2020? None.”

victims of Bideninflation

victims of blue city and retail crime

people in Nevada and Arizona and other hot places (and people that use heat pumps) that learn of new EPA rules regarding CO2 capture and ‘green hydrogen’ that will send their electricity bills sky high

people who might vote Republican because those Republicans promise to constitutionally cap property taxation and middle class income taxation

“court of public opinion”

We still have courts of law in this country.

How many think Biden should be tried for treason for accepting bribes? Why the hell isn’t that a poll question?

Yes, but the public does the voting, not the court, and “the ‘public’ has been indoctrinated by the left.”

“1,438 Proven instants of voter fraud”

“1,240 Criminal convictions”

“The Heritage Foundation’s Election Fraud Database presents a sampling of recent proven instances of election fraud from across the country. Each and every one of the cases in this database represents an instance in which a public official, usually a prosecutor, thought it serious enough to act upon it. And each and every one ended in a finding that the individual had engaged in wrongdoing in connection with an election hoping to affect its outcome — or that the results of an election were sufficiently in question and had to be overturned. This database is not an exhaustive or comprehensive list. This database is intended to demonstrate the vulnerabilities in the election system and the many ways in which fraud is committed.”

No, those people don't usually read or post to FR or Breitbart; however, many ( most! ) people who shall vote for Trump aren't on either of these sites either.

Younger people, who are or will be eligible to vote in the primaries and/or election day in '24 are NOT here and probably never shall be; nor are the polled.

A few day ago, some supposedly famous black rapper, with a huge following, who wrote and rapped "F( WHOLE WORD WAS SAID ) TRUMP, has now fiercely endorsed him on Twitter and all of his followers and some other rappers have also agreed with him. They aren't on FR or Breitbart and I bet that you can count on the fingers of one hand 9 with some fingers left over ), the number of posters here even know about this.

So lets be honest about this, for a change, put our own biases/support of GOP candidates running for the nomination to one side, and realize that what is being done TO Trump and everyone else that the Dems can ensnare, is illegal, unwarranted, criminal, and is destroying the Republic we all live in. If they do this to Trump et al,and get away with it, they WILL do this to every single other GOPer, unless that GOPer is a RINO/a squish/totally useless to us!

“Require all third-party organizations that conduct voter registration drives to write the name of their organization, as well as that of the volunteer or employee handling each registration, on the voter registration form and that all completed forms be returned to election officials within 10 days of the date on which the forms are signed by the person registering. This would allow election officials to identify which organization and individual handled voter registration forms that are found to be incomplete or fraudulent and to ensure that completed registration forms are provided to election officials on a timely basis so that they can be properly processed before the state’s pre-election registration deadline.”

“Require all state courts to notify election officials when individuals whose names are drawn from the registration rolls are excused from jury duty because they are not U.S. citizens or no longer live in the jurisdiction. This would allow local election officials to remove ineligible voters and refer them for possible prosecution. Running data comparisons between voter registration addresses and property tax rolls is also recommended to detect individuals who are registering illegally at commercial addresses or vacant lots.”

The news media certainly is doing a great job indoctrinating the clueless and ignorant public. Everything according to plan.

In New Hampshire, political parties (Dem & GOP) do appoint Election Day poll workers.

The Poll Workers appointed by Political Parties are called, "Inspectors of Elections."

These Poll Workers are not allowed to be biased during their election day duties, but they are the "eyes & ears" for their political party -- inside the ropes at polling places on election day.

These party appointees are supposed to be paired together at tables, where they process ballots and perform other election day work. A "Dem" and a "Repub" poll worker are supposed to sit next to each other - so that there is oversight of ballot processing by the two major political parties.

The problem is, the GOP does not always do a careful job in appointing true, GOP-voter loyalists, to these positions. If GOP officials fail to make "Inspector"/poll-worker appointments to a town's or city ward's polling place, a local town official (called the Town Moderator) can select registered Republican voters to serve as GOP Inspectors/poll workers -- FOR the political party!

So if the Town Moderator in your community is a hard-D, and the people they select are fake Republicans - Dems who "registered" as Republicans but aren't really GOP voters - election-day corruption can happen.

It's up to town Republican Cmtes to stay aware of this responsibility, and make sure THEY appoint these party-designated Poll Workers -- not let some bureaucrat or unknown local elected official do the appointing!!!

I have a feeling that the name BIDEN was used “accidentally” when the pollster asked the question.

This is the biggest LYING poll I have ever seen.
