Whores.
Tragically, I think you’re on to something. A culture that has voluntarily stripped itself of the “shackles” of morality have now donned the predictable personal mental instability and general chaos that we now see around us.
When I was able I didn’t care one bit to go into a store or restaurant. As I have gotten older now I have trouble walking any distances at all, no balance and weak legs due to a neuromuscular issue of forty years. So yeah, now I seek out drive thru options.
Bizarro World? I HATE the AI bots when I call anywhere.
since Covid B$.
Mind and fingers failed me.:)
We still have one close to us. It’s called “Mr Weenie”.
I always wondered... /s
What utter nonsense.
Three movies that seem to be possible futures of our world
Idiocy- obvious reason
The Road - obvious reason
Wally - fat people in scooters letting robots do all the work. Probably correct.
The McDonalds near my house drive thru is always jammed packed. Seems nobody parks and walks in

I do, if the service is drive through only, I go somewhere else. I wear hearing aids and still have difficulty hearing the garbled voice coming through the speaker..
I AM 83.
STILL DOING ALL MY OWN SHOPPING.
GROCERIES/gas/ranch supplies/ Lowe’s.
SAME here.
WHEN A & W opened in my hometown-—IT was a BIG DEAL.
Try riding 50 miles on horseback with a hand written map & surveyor tapes flagging the trail....and hoping the local ranch cows don’t eat too many of those trail ribbons...
Rode a lot of miles like that fixing fence line, but never had to chase surveys. These newest two generations including most of mine have no clue what hard life is.
My Grandmother at 12 used to pack horse to town to get supplies for the ranch once every couple months. Three day round trip...
I love Dutch Brothers, they make great coffee.
They started here in Grants Pass, Oregon when the Oregon EPA shut down their dad’s dairy.
Their dad turned the farm into a golf course and the brothers started a coffee business.
I bought my first-ever espresso from Travis and Dane the first week they were open, from a little hand-pushed cart parked in a parking lot. I’ve prolly bought at least one mocha a week from them for the last 20 years.
Great company who apparently treat their workers well and are a benefit to the community.
A&W!
Oh, dear Lord. Despite my antipathy toward much of the human race, I would rather prefer to talk to a live person, rather than one of those automated phone trees.
Down here at the laundromat in Pensacola, people are out in the parking lot running their cars for air conditioning. I don’t really care, because . . . PLANT FOOD, BABY!
When I started my new job, I started at the office in Silver Spring, Maryland, while temporarily staying with a friend in Gaithersburg. I found the cheapest place to get groceries was the Milestone Wal-Mart in nearby Germantown. Going to that place was like going to the international terminal at a large airport. So many different languages being spoken in that place . . .
