Three more of Hunter Biden’s defense attorneys moved to withdraw from the case on Friday after lead attorney Chris Clark withdrew last week.

Latham & Watkins LLP attorneys Brian C. McManus, Timothy H. McCarten, and Matthew S. Salerno requested permission from the judge to withdraw from the case after the judge dismissed the plea deal on August 17. Moving forward, prosecutors expect the case to go to trial where it will likely be tried in Delaware or California.

I’m sure they’re withdrawing because they can see that Hunter Biden’s case is so strong that their talents aren’t needed.

No need for counsel if the statute of limitations runs out.

They are withdrawing from the case because Hunter’s attorneys opened Pandora’s box with Trump and now want to get as far away from being implicated as possible.

Latham & Watkins is the law firm where someone called the clerks office and pretended to be with the DOJ in order to get an amicus brief from the House Ways and Means Committee outlining the whistleblower information pulled from the case filings.

They all thought they had an easy rigged case. Now that they have to actually defend Hunter and Joe, not so appealing is it?

Based on the emails I’ve seen I’m sure hunter is freaking out over facing a trial but at the same time he knows that if he throws enough tantrums his family will get him out of everything.

Lawyers withdraw from a case for a serious reason. If they were not being paid they would say it. If they have a conflict they usually say that. Maybe they were brought in for the fix but they are not really the best ones to conduct a trial.
Without a special counsel demanding that he give them evidence against Joe the entire thing is a farce anyway.

If things get any worse for Creepy Joe I see a tragic death for Hunter Biden from an overdose - administered lovingly by the Secret Service. Dead men cannot flip or tell tales and the people behind the Biden Regime will make it happen to protect themselves.
